We've managed to obtain exclusive footage of the debate from last week concerning Governor Sanford's vetos, in particular the arts funding. (Pay no mind to the caption on the picture...C-Span misidentified state Senator Howell Tankerball of Lexington as being a Dixiecrat from Georgia. Understandable mistake). Anyway...the pertinent part of the video is the first 1:22 or so. Enjoy.
