An extraordinary act of civil obediance

A group of students at Georgia State University made a little film for Campus MovieFest that shows the absurdity of speed limits on major highways. And yes they are absurd. No one goes the speed limit. The speed limits are arrived at arbitrarily. And about 0.000001% of law enforcement here in South Carolina actually operate radar the way they are taught for certification, which happens to be the way it should be run for it to be allowed as scientific evidence in court.
