Sullivan wonders why Cheney has been so intent on trying to grab the tail of the Obama tiger, when it has proven the undoing of everyone else so far. Then he poses an interesting answer.Seriously...the President strolled all the way to the White House with his obstacles taking themselves out. Did Dick's undisclosed location not get cable?
