DeMint Pwned!

Anyone want to take a guess when Sen. Jim DeMint will realize he hands people all the need to make him look like an ass, what with the very words that come out of his own mouth and all? Anyone?

And he ought to know better than to bring that weak "Waterloo" shit down the lane against POTUS. You just knew Obama was gonna smack that comment right back in his face.

Note to DeMint: Thanks for handing the President a great example of Republican opposition to health care reform really being about opposing the President for political purposes only. We couldn't do it without you. Really.

I cringed when I heard it.. I'm not sure why, but we don't seem to be able to keep our mouths closed at the appropriate time lately.

If you are opposed to it, no problem. But, when you talk openly about the political ramifications if he loses, then it looks bad. SHHH....

DeMint is such a tool. Remember how he tried to hand that race away back when he got the seat? Inez should have won that race, but she was too much of a wimp. Someone who thought wearing red made her look strong, meanwhile, she's doing everything she could to run from being labeled a democrat.

That race personified the state Democratic Party's strategy that has failed time and time again: We're Republican-lite! It don't work, folks.

What a stupid comment by DeMint.

Of course anyone with a brain isn't buying the nonsense that Obama is selling. I think he's feeling the heat because slowly but surely people are catching onto the Audacity of Spending...

I don't know, Danny. When the Republican answer seems to be pretty much that healthcare is ok as is, they're the one who are losing anyone with a brain.

It's 1994 all over again and they are just opposing health care reform because they know if the Dems pass it, the GOP is toast for the next two decades.

Personally, I love all the cries about how we're "rushing" into this. Where were all these fiscal conservatives for the past 8 years? The GOP can keep opposing health care reform all they want. They're on the wrong side of it and its gonna happen sooner or later. Too many stars are aligning.
