Hey, Dick Cheney, maybe you ought to shut the hell up and listen to these guys.

You may have seen Dick Cheney's comments about closing Gitmo that came out in a recent interview. Shocker: He's against it. Well...maybe he ought to shut up and listen to these two fellas.

Meet retired Cmdr. Kirk Lippold and John Clodfelter.

Why should you listent to these guys? Well, Cmdr. Lippold was the commanding officer of the USS Cole in 2000 and is now acting as representative for the victims of the 2000 attack. Mr. Clodfelter's son, Kenneth, was killed during the attack. Both had issues with President Obama's decision to close the Gitmo facility. On Friday, they both got to discuss those issues with the President, as he met with a group of family members of those who died during the Cole and 9/11 attacks.

How did it go?

“I did not vote for the man, but the way he talks to you, you can’t help but
believe in him,” Mr. Clodfelter said on Friday evening. “He left me with a very
positive feeling that he’s going to get this done right.”

and

“It went far better than I had imagined,” Commander Lippold said Friday evening.
“I was surprised with how well it went.”

Say, Dick...you're done. How's about you sit the rest of the plays out, okay big guy.
