Pot, meet Kettle.

Remember Sen. David Vitter (R-LA)? You know, the guy who got busted stepping out on his wife after being caught up in the notorious D.C. Madame prostitution ring. The same guy who called for President Clinton to resign because he was "morally unfit to govern" due to the Lewinsky affair. The same guy who refuses to resign now and in fact intends to run for reelection in 2010.
Today, Vitter showed how his hypocrisy knows no bounds, calling on Sen. Roland Burris (D-Ill.) to resign Tuesday for his ethical shortcomings. When asked about this hypocrisy, Vitter stated:
"I honestly don't know anybody who would compare these situations," he told The
Hill on Tuesday. "They are dramatically different."
Uh...hear the one about people in glass houses, Senator? Certainly, Burris needs to be gone. But so does a hypocrite like you.
